Shwmae and welcome to this week’s blog! This week our usual blog format has been changed to celebrate Children in Need. Below you can see everything that the Senior Prefect Team and Heads of Houses have organised for next week to help us raise money for this wonderful cause.
The Senior Prefect Team and Heads of Houses have been working tirelessly to bring you a week full of fun events and opportunities to donate to this wonderful cause. Take a look at the schedule below so you can join in and have fun while raising money for this amazing charity.
Monday will kick off the start of Children in Need week at MHS and what a way to start the week. Purchase yummy treats during break 1 at the sweet stall and then watch the first part of the biggest battle of all at Daring and Defender’s Battle of The Bands during break 2. The Senior Prefects will also be collecting kindness notes for their kindness jar for Withybush Hospital and don’t forget to join in the daily Dingbats quiz.
Tuesday will continue the fundraising week with a scrumptious cake sale on Tuesday break 1 and the second half of our Battle of The Bands.
Wednesday will see another super sweet stall during break 1 and then MHS are taking on the Jungle during break 2 when pupils and staff will take on the Bushtucker Trail during break 2. Join us after school for the MHS talent show showcasing some amazing talent from the pupils at MHS.
As we get towards the end of the week the events are continuing. Back by popular demand you can purchase a chocolate treat bag and Dragon House are presenting Beat the Teachers during break 2.
Friday is the big one, we need your help to raise £200 so that Head Prefects Rebecca and Michael can evict Ms Morris and be in charge of the school for a day.
