This week has been exceptionally busy here at MHS, and we have made every effort to share as much as we can with you via our website, WEDUC and social media platforms.
As you are aware we are working in some very challenging circumstances, and as a result of the coronavirus restrictions we have had to make a change to how we organise our pupil progress evenings at present. Although we are prevented from holding face to face events, we feel it is very important that you are able to have contact with our Strategic Leader for Key Stage 4 (Mrs Michelle Griffiths). As such we are offering all parents and carers of Year 11 pupils the opportunity to book a slot for a telephone call from this member of our senior team. If you would like to book a slot to speak with Mrs Griffiths for a general update on how your child is progressing or for an opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have, please complete this form: https://bit.ly/3nfIs1O
Thank you to everyone that has continues to ensure that their children attend school in proper school uniform. It is important that pupils wear the correct clothing as our uniform helps to put all young people on an equal footing, supports the safeguarding of your children and creates a sense of school community. If you are having issues with sourcing school uniform please be aware that there is a grant available from PCC for those that qualify, and we also have a small amount of uniform stock at school for emergencies. Details of our school uniform can be found on our school website, along with a copy of the dress code policy.
