11 June 2019
Dear Parent/Carer,
The Sixth form summer programme is in full swing and pupils are currently undertaking the Welsh Baccalaureate Enterprise and Employability Challenge.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind pupils, parents and carers of the expectations for this period.
This time is a valuable opportunity for pupils to prepare themselves for Y13 and it is essential that all pupils have 100% attendance in order to progress to the next level.
The Enterprise and Employability Challenge is worth 20% of the final WBQ grade, as well as being an excellent opportunity to develop a range of independent and team skills. The presentation of completed business plans is to take place on Friday 14th June, the portfolios will then be assessed for external moderation.
A2 teaching will begin on Monday 17th June and pupils are expected to attend all sessions.
