Thank you to Bluestone Wales for an incredibly inspiring International Woman’s Day!
The workshops, talks and hospitality were amazing, and we are proud to have taken part in your celebration of women and the amazing things they can achieve.
Six of our pupils in Blwyddyn 11 were given an opportunity to spend 4 days in the Urdd’s centre at Glan-llyn in North Wales over half term, and all for only £20!
Molly Griffiths had her first experience of the centre on the trip: “At Glan Llyn we did an array of activities while speaking in Cymraeg. I enjoyed canoeing as well as paddle boarding. Another activity that I completed while staying at Glan Llyn was the high ropes course. Whilst completing the activities we learnt new skills and gained more confidence speaking in Welsh. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my trip and I would recommend going!”
Da iawn to all the MHS pupils that took part, and thank you to the staff for organising and supporting such a great opportunity. Diolch
Mr Edwards & Mr Thomas would like to say DIOLCH to all the boys that toured France over the past weekend. The attitude, behaviour and the laughs we have had with the boys has been outstanding, and a they’ve been a credit to Milford Haven School and their families.
Boys had the opportunity to visit the Battlefields of the Somme, Eiffel Tower and a tour of Paris. We played 4 fixtures (won 3 and lost 1), and as a surprise we took them to watch PSG v Nimes. FRONTROW Sports Events organised this fantastic tour, and I’m sure all the boys enjoyed- what an amazing experience for all the boys. Diolch yn fawr Bois!
